My geraniums bring me bundles of joy, I would go as far as to say I am obsessed with this one. Saved from near death  from the bargain section of the garden centre in April and it has blossomed into this beauty. Picture taken in October.  Little things can make all the difference to our Mental Health.  

Also my favourite essential oil, but thats another story for another time.

Microjoys are pockets of happiness that can be found in the everyday detail of life that we might take for granted. These little moments have the ability to boost our mood and change the mindset for the day ahead. here are 10 moments to cherish.

  1. Looking at your favourite things.
  2. A warm cup of tea on a cold, crisp morning.
  3. Climbing into fresh bedsheets. 
  4. A day off with no plans. 
  5. A relaxing bath. 
  6. Cuddling a pet. 
  7. Laughing with friends, preferably with a slice of cake
  8. Warm sun streaming through your window. 
  9. Being snuggled under a cosy blanket.
  10. The gentle flicker of a candle flame and its aroma.
